About Acadex
Acadex is an independent academic command center for SRMIST students. It turns the numbers you already have (attendance, marks, timetable, exam dates) into clear answers: how much slack you have, what you need next, and what's coming up.
Principles
- Provenance on every number. Each value is labelled as imported, entered by you, calculated, or estimated.
- Show the math. Calculations are plain formulas with their assumptions written next to them, not “AI”.
- You confirm. Nothing extracted from a document is saved until you've reviewed it.
- Useful with zero integrations. Everything works from manual entry and documents you control.
- Planning, not permission. Attendance tools help you manage risk, never encourage skipping required classes.

Attendance policies, grading schemes and exam dates are set by your institution. Acadex doesn't assume any of them. Check the official sources for anything that matters, and treat every calculation here as an estimate based on the numbers you entered.
